Lamb Biryani Wraps

Ingredients

1 tbsp Vegetable oil
500g Lamb mince
1 jar Sharwood's tikka masala cooking sauce
175g Basmati rice
240g Water
1 Red onion
1 Green pepper
1 Red pepper
6 Wraps or 12 Mini wraps

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170C/150C fan/325F/Gas mark 5.

Step 2

Finely slice the onion and chop the peppers into small chunks.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the lamb for 3-4 minutes until browned. Set aside.

Step 4

In the same pan fry the onions for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat until softened, then add the peppers and fry for a further 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add the lamb back to the pan along with the Sharwood’s Tikka Masala sauce.

Step 6

Mix together to combine everything.

Step 7

Add the rice and water to the pan and mix to combine.

Step 8

Transfer the mix to a large ovenproof dish, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 9

Remove the foil and mix, then bake for a further 5 mintues.

Step 10

Microwave the wraps for 30 seconds and serve alongside the lamb biriyani.
