Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
1 Large diced onion
2 tbsp Oil
80g Sharwood’s Tikka Curry Paste
600g Diced Chicken
400g / 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
2 tbsp Double Cream
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan then gently fry the diced onion until soft.
Step 2
Stir in the Sharwood’s curry paste and diced chicken.
Step 3
Fry for 3-4 minutes whilst stirring until the chicken is sealed.
Step 4
Add the chopped tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Add the double cream and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with rice, Naans and Sharwood’s Chutney for a tangy twist to your meal.
Step 7
