Spicy Baked Wedges

Ingredients
4 Large potatoes
Olive Oil
2 tbsp Sharwood’s mild or hot curry powder
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C
Step 2
Slice potatoes in half lengthways and cut in half again and keep going until you have wedges
Step 3
Pat the potatoes dry and place in a large bowl
Step 4
Add the oil, Sharwood’s curry powder and seasoning to the bowl and mix well so each wedge is coated
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 mins
